Time polling and group scheduling FAQ

What is a time polling app, and how does TimeFit work?

A time polling app lets one person suggest dates or times and lets everyone else mark when they are available. TimeFit combines those responses so the organizer can find the time that fits.

How do I find a meeting time that works for everyone?

Create a Date + Time poll, choose candidate dates and a time window, then share the link. As people respond, TimeFit brings their availability together so you can choose the best meeting time.

Do participants need an account to respond to a TimeFit availability poll?

No. Participants can open the shared poll link and submit their availability directly without creating an account.

Can TimeFit create date-only polls or simple group polls too?

Yes. TimeFit supports Date + Time, Date Only, and Poll Only formats.

Is TimeFit free for group scheduling?

Yes. Standard TimeFit polls can be created without a subscription and currently support up to 25 participants. Organizers can optionally Boost one poll for $1.49 for a higher participant limit, no free-poll ad slot, and optional email notices and reminders.

How do I install TimeFit on an iPhone?

Open timefit.me in Safari, tap Share, choose Add to Home Screen, keep Open as Web App enabled if it appears, then tap Add. TimeFit will appear on your Home Screen and open like an app.

How do I install TimeFit on Android?

Open timefit.me in Chrome. If TimeFit offers an install prompt, tap it and confirm. Otherwise open Chrome's three-dot menu and choose Install app, Install and create shortcut, or Add to Home screen, depending on your Chrome version and device.
